Want to delete your XRAX Account?
If you would like to delete your XRAX account and all associated personal data, you can submit a request through our support team. Please email us at support@xrax.com from your registered email address and include your user ID (if available).
Once we receive your request, we will delete:
- Your XRAX account and login credentials
- Any uploaded documents or identification (if provided for KYC)
- Your app usage activity and preferences
Some information, such as transaction records or logs, may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal or security requirements.
We process all account deletion requests within 2–3 business days, and you will receive confirmation once it has been completed.
