By downloading or using the XRAX mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms

Using the XRAX App means you accept and agree to these terms. These terms apply to all users of the app.

2. 🚫 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful activities
• Access, reverse engineer, or tamper with our systems
• Upload malicious content or violate others’ rights

3. 💼 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and features of XRAX are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app or its content.

4. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure. Use of the app is at your own risk.

5. 🔐 Limitation of Liability

XRAX is not responsible for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including data loss, security issues, or service interruptions.

6. ❌ Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms, or for any reason without prior notice.

7. 🔁 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. ⛏️ Mining, Rewards, Transfers & Levels

8.1 Mining System

• Mining must be started manually every 6 hours
• Mining may pause during maintenance
• Mining activity affects your level and speed

8.2 Rewards

• Earn rewards via mining, task completion, and referrals
• Task-based and time-based rewards are shown in-app

8.3 Locked vs. Transferable Balance

• 90% of earnings go to Locked Balance
• 10% goes to Transferable Balance, which can be shared with other XRAX users
• Transfers are tracked and require a secure code

8.4 Referral Program

• Invite 3 users = unlock bonus
• Earn 5% of referrals’ mined coins
• Bonus cycle resets every 3 invites

8.5 Level System

• Your mining speed increases with higher levels
• Levels are based on your balance and app usage

9. 📋 Compliance Requirements

• Follow mining rules strictly
• No use of bots, automation, or multiple accounts
• We may verify users for suspicious activity

10. ⚠️ Risk Disclosure

Digital mining carries risks including:

• Technical failures or bugs
• Security breaches
• Market value changes
• Delays or loss of digital assets

You accept full responsibility for managing these risks.

11. 🔐 Account Security & Recovery

• Keep your password and transfer code confidential
• We are not liable for losses due to user negligence
• In case of suspicious activity, we may suspend your account and request identity verification
• We reserve the right to approve or deny recovery requests
